INGREDIENTS

(Red Lentils, Yellow Lentils, Beluga Lentils, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Dried Carrot)

PREPARATION

(Gourmet Lentil Soup - Water - Sunflowers Oil - Salt)

  • Put 1 package of Gourment Lentil Soup and 8 water glass (1.6L) cold water in a pot.
  • Add salt (5g) and boil it for 20 minutes
  • In another pan, roast 3 tablespoons (30g) oil and half tablespoon (12g) tomato paste and add dry mint. Than add them to the pot and cook for 5 more minutes
  • Rest for 10 minutes before serving. You may add spices.
