INGREDIENTS

(Tarhana (Flour, Pepper, Tomato, Yoghurt, Onion, Salt, Chickpeas, Lentil), Flaxseed)

PREPARATION

(Tarhana Soup - Water - Butter - Salt)

  • 3 tablespoons (60g) tarhana is mixed with 5 water glass (1L) of cold water in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon (20g) butter and melt in the pot.
  • Whipped tarhana adn salt (5g) is added to pot. Then cook it for 12 minutes with stirring
  • Rest for 10 minutes before serving. You may add spices.
