PREPARATION
(Freekeh and Pepper Bulghur - Water - Sunflowers Oil - Butter - Salt)
- Add 3 tablespoons oil (40g) and 1 tablespoons (24g) butter and melt them in the saucepan
- Pour all the package to the saucepan,
roast for 2 minutes over a medium heat by mixing and add 12g salt.
- After roasting, add 5 water glass (1 lt) hot water, simmer for 30 minutes until liquid is absorbed
- Rest for 30 minutes before serving.
You may add spices.
