PREPARATION
(Chia, Dried Carrot, Dried Onion, Bulghur)
- Add 3 tablespoons oil (32g) and 1 tablespoons (20g) butter and melt them in the saucepan
- Pour all the package to the saucepan,
roast for 2 minutes over a medium heat by mixing and add 12 g salt
- After roasting, add 4 water glass (800 ml) hot water, simmer for 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed
- Rest for 10 minutesbefore serving.
You may add spices.
