(Dried Tomato, Bulghur)

PREPARATION

(Bulgur with tomato - Water - Sunflower Oil - Butter - Salt)

  • Add 3 tablespoons (32g) oil and 1 tablespoons (20g) butter and melt them in the saucepan.
  • Pour all the package to the saucepan, roast for 2 minutes over a medium heat by mixing and add (12g) salt.
  • After roasting, add 4 water glass (800 ml) hot water, simmer for 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  • Rest for 10 minutes before serving. You may add spices.
