(Chıckpea Bulghur - Water - Sunflowers Oil - Butter - Salt)

  • Add 3 tablespoons oil (40g) and 1 tablespoons (24g) butter and melt them in the saucepan
  • Pour all the package to the saucepan, roast for 2 minutes over a medium heat by mixing and add 12g salt.
  • After roasting, add 5 water glass (1 lt) hot water, simmer for 30 minutes until liquid is absorbed
  • Rest for 30 minutes before serving. You may add spices.
